I had a great stay at the Lucky Gem Penthouse & Luxury Suites, despite some hiccups during check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the central location was a huge advantage. I appreciated the free valet parking, although there were minor issues with housekeeping and the ice machine. Overall, it was a solid experience!
